At PMA Furniture all of our furniture is manufactured in our own factory located just outside Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. Here our production team handles every stage with precision and long‑standing craftsmanship.

Our factory operates under internationally recognized standards. We are FSC‑certified, ensuring responsible sourcing and sustainable forestry throughout our material chain. We also comply with SMETA 2‑ and 4‑pillar audits, covering working conditions, health and safety, environmental practices and business ethics. These frameworks support transparency, responsibility and long-term trust in our production.

Our production team collaborates closely with our design and development department, turning contemporary ideas into prototypes and prototypes into finished pieces. This direct connection between design and manufacturing secures dependable lead times and ensures continuity throughout the entire development process.
Departments working together
The PMA Furniture office is home to a dedicated team of 18 employees, each contributing their expertise across several key departments.
Across all departments, the atmosphere is characterized by strong competence, high engagement, and a genuinely positive spirit. The team works collaboratively, creating a workplace where professionalism and good energy go hand in hand.
The Technical Department, consisting of five skilled specialists, plays a central role in product development and technical support. The Finance team, ensures smooth financial operations and accurate reporting. In Customer Service, two committed employees work closely with clients to provide fast and reliable assistance. The office also includes a focused HR representative, responsible for supporting staff and maintaining a positive workplace culture.
The General Manager oversees the company’s strategic direction and daily operations leading the organization with a focus on quality, teamwork, and long term development.
Additionally, the Supply Chain team, made up of six professionals working across warehouse, purchase, and planning to secure efficient material flow, accurate procurement, and well‑coordinated production schedules.
